Travis Association for the Blind is giving back this season with a hygiene donation drive. The drive, spearheaded by the TAB Wellness Committee and Occupational Therapy contractor Mary Godman, will benefit SAFE, a resource for those experiencing abuse. The requested items can be dropped off by employees at the Lighthouse front office and other designated locations until December 20.
Acceptable items include:
- Baby: Baby Wipes, Size 5 and 6 Diapers, Baby Lotion and Baby Wash,
- Hair & Body: Shampoo/Conditioner for Black/African American Hair, Brushes & Combs, Body Wash, Bar Soap, Body Lotion, & Deodorant, Toothbrushes (Adults & Kids), Shaving cream and razors,
- Household & Travel: Laundry Detergent (42 oz) or Pods, Dish Soap, & Multipurpose Cleaning Sprays, Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Suitcases – Large and Carry on Sizes.
- Clothing: Winter Clothing (sweaters, flannels, sweatpants) & Shoes for Adults & Kids, New Underwear & Bras,
