The Texas Workforce Commission is asking for artwork to be submitted by the blind/visually impaired or anyone associated with the blind/visually impaired through family or work for the 2023 White Cane Day Shirt Design Contest. The winning design will be used for Austin’s official White Cane Day Celebration.
