Manufacturing

Dating back to the 1930s, manufacturing of goods for the U.S. military has been our longest running service. Our product manufacturing provides opportunities to employ more than 200 visually-impaired and blind Texans. Our facilities manufacture a wide variety of supplies.

• Through federal contracts with the Department of Defense, our textile department produces more than 2.75 million apparel items per year, delivered to every branch of the U.S. military.
  
• We produce approximately 100,000 bottles of GoJo and Purell products each month or 1.2 million each year.
  
• We produce 110,000 belts for military uniforms each month or 1.3 million year.
  
• We have developed the capability to work with and manipulate KEVLAR® within a tolerance of 1/16th of an inch to resize Kevlar panels for the U.S. Army.
